All products sold on TshirtWallah are custom-printed on demand. Products are manufactured only after an order is placed, and no inventory is pre-stocked. As a result, processing times, print quality, and sizing may vary slightly as noted in our Shipping and Return policies.

2. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (size, design, shipping address) are accurate.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order to begin production.
  • We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

3. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

  • If you upload or request a custom design, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that infringes copyright/trademark, contains offensive, obscene, or illegal content, or violates any third-party rights.
  • All original designs, logos, and content created by TshirtWallah remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

4. Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Errors in pricing or product listings will be corrected as soon as identified.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on our fulfillment partner and courier services. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds
